So, if you're like me you probably aren't quite ready to trade your dresses for trousers when the cool fall weather arrives. One of my favorite things to do is to layer. You get a new lease on a dress you love and give it a completely different vibe. This fabulous IKAT print chiffon dress is available online on ebay. Beauty from the inside out

We all take the time to keep up with the latest fashions, but how much time do we take to nurture our souls? In our attempt to keep up a frantic pace that this world sometimes demands we forget to take the time to just breath and nurture ourselves. When we feel at peace internally we can exude more confidence, smile a little more, show more kindness and patience and just be in an overall better place. The ability to achieve this may not always be simple because our energy is constantly being compromised by external and internal factors. One way of being able to cleanse it is through energetic healing. I was introduced by this form of alternative medicine by my boyfriend and I have to say that it helps me to refocus my energy and find my quiet place when I begin to feel overwhelmed.

So what is energetic healing and how can it help you? Energetic healing is somewhat like meditation but it goes a step further. It helps to remove blocks and helps to restore a more relaxed state of well-being by allowing energy to flow through the body. Our personal energies are delicately balanced and we can become sick or feel not quite right when our energy flows are disturbed or blocked. Energy imbalances can result from both internal and external factors. Internal factors can include traumas, phobias, as well as anxiety and stress while external factors might include environmental stresses and toxins. If you are someone is who prone to feelings of stress or easily irritated an energetic healing session can be used as a preventive measure. Energetic healing takes a holistic approach to physical well-being by helping to clear blocks in the energy field and repairing and balancing the energy in order to bring more balance, vitality, and harmony.

As I mentioned earlier, I was first introduced to this method by my then friend and now boyfriend Viken. One of the characteristics that initially drew me to him was his natural ability to be sensitive, nurturing, and intuitive. Skeptical? I was too at the time when he first offered me a session, but I was open to the experience and I was not disappointed. He explained everything that would occur during the session and made sure that I was completely at ease. He was able to assist me in releasing blocks that I had that were causing my body and mental health more damage than good. During the session I began to feel this warm tingling sensation radiating throughout my body and I have to say by the end I was very relaxed to the point of wanting to take a nap! It's not uncommon to have an emotional release during one of these sessions which in itself is cleansing. Since having these sessions I have to admit that I feel a lot calmer and less stressed than I had been before. This in no way substitutes care from my primary doctor, but it is a wonderful compliment. Learning how to relax and silence the mind is a priceless tool that we can all use. You will gain deeper sleep, decreased tension, stress, pms symptoms, and increased memory, happiness, and emotional stability.

My goal is not to simply sell clothing. We all love pretty packages, but when we unwrap it the contents are what matter most.
